Colony panel finished

Finally! Well, there are still “i”s to dot and “T”s to cross, most notably tutorial mode hooks and general GUI style. But it’s good enough to move on to some other functionality. I’m still surprised with how much functionality there is on the colony panel.
Making GUI nicer will be a continuous effort that I’ll need to start addressing sooner than later. Now I have a good enough quantity of UI elements to see how things look together. Here is sneak peak on what I’ll do next to rest from UI a little:
